IDA 6: Disable ALV Tool bar button

Ø  In the IDA we the Interface “IF_SALV_GUI_STD_FUNCTIONS_IDA” which will hold the Tool bar button details. 

Ø  Let’s disable Export and Print button from standard tool bar.
